B2B SEO Consulting – for decision-makers who actually buy
B2B SEO is not about driving as much traffic as possible. It is about being found by the right decision-makers exactly when they are evaluating a solution. I help B2B companies build search visibility that creates strategic conversations — not clicks that lead nowhere.

Why B2B SEO is different from consumer SEO
Most SEO agencies treat B2B like e-commerce, where more traffic equals more revenue. In B2B sales the equation is fundamentally different.
Multiple decision-makers
A single B2B deal typically involves 4–8 people: technical buyer, end user, finance, executive sponsor. Content must speak to each of them at the right stage.
Long buying cycles
A 6–18 month sales cycle means SEO's job is not the click — it is sustained presence from the first research session to the signed contract.
Low search volume
Search volumes are niche: 50–500 per month. But one right click can generate a six- or seven-figure deal. Intent matters far more than volume.
High deal value
A single lead is often worth €20,000–€500,000. This changes everything: keyword selection, content depth, conversion optimization, and how success is measured.
Expert-grade content
Decision-makers don't believe generic SEO copy. Content has to be specific enough to recognize the buyer's situation in the first few sentences.
International markets
Hreflang, local search demand, language versions and local conversion elements — the complexity of B2B SEO multiplies with every new market.
How I build a B2B SEO strategy
The same backbone has worked across 100+ projects in Finland, Spain, the US and Germany. I keep it simple. Every step has been necessary.
1. Business objectives
We always start with the numbers, not keywords. How many leads does the pipeline need, what is the average deal size, what is the target pipeline value from organic over the next 12 months.
2. ICP – ideal customer profile
A precise buyer definition: industry, size, role, pain, triggering event. The sharper the ICP, the sharper the SEO strategy built around it.
3. Search demand analysis
Per-market mapping of what decision-makers actually search and where they are in the buying cycle. Question-based queries and AI-search patterns included.
4. Competitor analysis
Not just rankings. I study what is working for competitors, where their links come from, how their content converts, and where there are gaps to exploit.
5. Pillar content
3–8 pillar pieces per strategic topic. Each one designed to rank, convince and convert — not as three separate goals but as one coherent structure.
6. Supporting content
Cluster articles that answer specific sub-questions and link back to the pillar. This builds topical authority both Google and AI engines recognize.
7. AI visibility (GEO)
Content is also optimized for ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Gemini. Schema, citable structures and brand mentions in trusted sources.
8. Measurement
We measure pipeline value, not just traffic. Organic attribution all the way to CRM, monthly iteration, quarterly review with leadership.
What results to expect
I don't promise numbers I cannot defend. Well-executed B2B SEO typically delivers the first new organic conversations after 3–4 months, measurable pipeline impact after 6–9 months, and a meaningful channel share after 12–18 months.
This is long-horizon work. An SEO investment behaves more like an owned asset than an ad spend line. Once the channel starts producing, it keeps producing for years — without paying per click.
That's why I don't recommend B2B SEO to a company that needs leads next month. There are better tools for that (targeted B2B outreach or Google Ads). SEO is for operators thinking on a 12–36 month horizon.
